Rebecca Turner helps oversee the implementation of American Forests’ strategic vision, provides insights on the organization’s range of programs, and offers select legal guidance. Turner has been with American Forests since September of 2010 and began her tenure leading the organization’s policy and advocacy work. Prior to joining American Forests, she was a mediator for environmental policy and law conflicts at The Keystone Center. Turner holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and environmental studies and a juris doctor degree from Vermont Law School. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Colorado.
