Mitzy Sosa manages reforestation partnerships under the Resilient Forests Program at American Forests. Before joining American Forests, Sosa worked at the Native Plant Horticulture Foundation developing an online education hub for industry professionals and as a grant administrator at Florida Atlantic University. Sosa grew up in South Florida where she graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Biology and a certificate in Environmental Science.
