Brittany Sweitzer serves as the Director of Human Resources, supporting strategic HR priorities and overseeing key areas including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee recognition, performance management, DEIA implementation, and benefits. With 10 years of people-centered HR experience, Brittany is passionate about strengthening workplace culture, improving systems, and identifying innovative solutions that best support staff and organizational goals. Brittany holds both the SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications and earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
