Blue Spruce (Picea pungens)

American Forests National Tree Register, Species: Blue Spruce (Picea pungens), State: CO
Description I found this tree in 2014. Will Blozan (also an American Forests National Cadre member like myself) went back to the tree on 6/30/15 and we measured it again. I also submitted it the Colorado Tree Coalition and they have it on their list. There should now be 3 national co-champion blue spruces. This tree that I’m submitting now, the different tree from Colorado that Will Blozan has submitted/or is submitting, and the Utah tree that was remeasured in 2015.
