Tracy VanSolkema (she/her) is a seasoned fundraising professional with over two decades of experience in donor engagement, data management, and philanthropic strategy.  Her expertise spans CRM data strategy, fundraising analytics, and donor relationship management and she is enthusiastic about leveraging technology for impactful philanthropy. Tracy is committed to helping organizations optimize their fundraising potential and strategic donor engagement using best practices in data management and leadership. Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations & advertising from Grand Valley State University and has earned certifications including Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Certified Professional, Technology Association of Grantmakers: Equity Essentials for Philanthropy Tech, and Foundations in Fundraising Analytics from the Prospect Research Institute. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her family and friends, golfing, attending concerts, and enjoying the shores of Lake Michigan. Spring to fall she spends time as a hobby flower gardener, growing dahlias to enjoy and share.
