Sara Kangas champions the impacts of legislation on our forests and communities and supports the work of the Forest-Climate Working Group. Previously, Kangas served as director of communications for the National Association of Conservation Districts, where she also managed the organization’s soil health grants portfolio. She has a degree in entomology from Texas A&M University.
