With over two decades of experience in outdoor education, healthcare, specialty retail, and K–8 ed tech, Mindy has led high-performing teams, implemented values-aligned systems, and guided organizations through rapid growth and transformational change. Her approach blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring HR is both a driver of culture and a partner in organizational success.

Mindy’s role at American Forests is a natural extension of her passion for the outdoors and her belief in the power of nature to inspire, connect, and heal. She is proud to support an organization working to protect and restore forest ecosystems that are vital to the outdoor experiences that shape our lives. Based in Colorado, she embraces everything the area has to offer—from skiing and mountain biking to hiking and camping with her family.
