Hegeman Habitat Restoration

This project planted 1000 trees to restore the native plant community in a riparian forest habitat. Invasive multiflora rose was removed, and 5 species of native trees were planted. Volunteers from the Isaac Walton League, two boy scout troops, and two high schools conducted the plantings.
