This project identified and developed innovative ways to increase outreach efforts to Maryland's estimated 130,000 private, non-industrial forest landowners for the purpose of securing greater participation in the State's Forest Stewardship Program - a program designed to help facilitate landowner management objectives ranging from fish and wildlife to soil and water.
