More than 100,000 ponderosa pine and Douglas-fir seedlings will be planted over 1,022 acres, part of 136,618 acres destroyed by the Hayman Burn. Pike/San Isabel National Forest is partnering with American Forests as a way to increase the survival rate and diversity of species on the site.
