This extensive ‘Replanting of America’ project spanned many cities across the country. Locations included Limon, CO, a town that was devastated by a tornado. Brooklyn, NY had 50 trees planted in urban neighborhoods. Cleveland, OH had trees planted in 3 parks, 2 cemeteries, and along sidewalks. In Seattle, Washington, An Arbor Day celebration sparked an adopt-a-tree campaign for trees for those that served in the Gulf War.
