In 1994 Ecomonitoring Club, together with some local school groups, are seeking a way to sponsor improvement of a big park area surrounding the National Palace of Culture, which will host the Third Conference of the Environmental Ministers Sofia ’95 (in October of the following year). In fall of 1994 the park was cleaned, trees and bushes were planted around the Museum, and the Global ReLeaf program was introduced to the participants.
