American Forests Partners with Verizon, NFL to Make Super Bowl 50 “Green”

This Super Bowl, Verizon is partnering with us to plant a forest the size of Levi’s Stadium in Lassen National Forest, and the NFL will add an extra 7,500 trees to the area. Our partnership will restore threatened wildlife habitat and affect the watershed of the Sacramento River and San Francisco Bay Delta.
