This tree may be planted by your own hand or through A Wish Can Change Your Life partnership with American Forests, the nation's oldest citizen conservation organization. Through American Forests, A Wish Can Change Your Life readers may plant trees in Tahoe National Forest's Onion Valley where a Tree of Life Grove has been established. The goal of this project is simple: together with other travelers on the Tree of Life, you will construct a forest of living wishes that will bolster the ecological health of the planet while at the same time confirming your dedication to the process of creating your energetic wish-fulfilling Tree.

Be sure to specify that you would like your trees to be included as part of the Tree of Life Grove. Those who prefer regular mail may send a check payable to “American Forests-Tree of Life Grove” to American Forests, P.O. Box 2000, Washington, D.C. 20013. Everyone who enlists in the building of the Tree of Life Grove will receive a certificate acknowledging his or her role in the creation of this magical forest.

To plant trees in the Tree of Life Grove you may choose from the numbers listed below which are important numbers in myth and kabbalah or choose your own number of meaning to begin the journey:

• $10 for ten trees in the Tree of Life Grove (for ten spheres of the tree)
• $18 for eighteen trees (the Hebrew number that signifies Hai or "life")
• $32 for thirty-two trees (for the thirty-two paths of wisdom by which God created the universe)
• $72 for seventy-two trees (the number of syllables in the ultimate name of God)
• $108 for one hundred and eight trees (a holy number in traditions across the globe)
• Or pick any number of trees above ten that is lucky or meaningful to you.
